Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.
What Makes Us Different
To understand what sets Westminster apart, you need only read our mission and vision.
Westminster exists to serve Christian families.
Our programs and curriculum prepare students in grades 7–12 for college and career, but our emphasis on biblical truth, spiritual growth, and character formation equips students to reach higher and engage their world for Jesus Christ.
However, this can only be achieved when the home, school, and church work together. At Westminster, we believe in partnering with families and the church to effectively help students discover, embrace, and integrate a biblical view of the world into every aspect of their lives.
Our H.O.U.S.E. is much more than bricks and mortar. It exemplifies who we are, what we stand for, and how we behave as members of a community that reaches far beyond our walls. Our H.O.U.S.E. represents five key principles:
Honor Christ: Christ is the foundation of our house. We honor Him by using the gifts He has given us and following His example of servant leadership.
Own the Outcome: What you do affects those around you — we’re in this together.
Unite in Gratitude: We focus on the blessings God has given us every day.
Set the Example: You are powerful and your actions matter. Honor the Lord by loving yourself, this building, this campus, and this community.
Empower Each Other: Respect and honor those around you. Lift up yourself and your peers through your manners and your actions.
