The Upper School Experience
9th–12th Grade
Upper School programs and practices emphasize Westminster’s foundation for academic excellence: relationship, rigor, and restoration. Relationally, we focus on the importance of being honest while confronting the truth in each other’s lives. Academically, we strive for rigor with complexity and autonomy. In all things, we want our students to be restorative—emphasizing shalom and the return of things to how God intended them to be.
Arts
Through the fine arts, upper school students explore the wonder and beauty of God’s creation. Students learn to honor God through their own creative acts and to assess the effect of those actions on the culture at large.
Athletics
The Westminster athletic program develops competitive teams that pursue excellence and encourages personal growth in the areas of faith, character, and athletic development.
