St. Louis and St. Louis County government officials have announced a mandatory 30 day “Stay at Home” order aimed at preventing further spread of the COVID-19 virus. The order is in effect through April 22. Based on these announcements, Westminster's online learning program will extend through April 22 while the campus is closed. See Westminster in action
We highly recommend scheduling a student visit and attending Open House, a Wildcat Wednesday event, or another admissions activity.
See Westminster in action! Tour campus, join us for Chapel, or chat with members of our faculty and admissions team over a cup of coffee.
Student visitors will attend classes, meet the teachers, tour the campus, and enjoy lunch. This is a great opportunity to experience
a typical school day and engage with the community.
Westminster Preview Day
Learn how Westminster provides students with a distinctly Christian education focused on college preparedness.
Submit an online application
Please complete the parent portion of our online application. Your student will need to complete the appropriate section in his/her own words. You may pay the $50 application fee ($100 application fee for international students) online or by a check mailed to Westminster within one week of submitting your application.
Westminster Christian Academy, Attn: Admissions, 800 Maryville Centre Drive, Town & Country, MO 63017
An essential requirement for admission is that one or both parents are Christian as evidenced by a verbal confession of faith in Christ as Savior. A member of our Board of Directors will conduct a family interview to verify a Christian testimony from one or both parents and confirm agreement with the school’s statement of faith.
Once your application is completed and all necessary paperwork submitted, a member of our admissions team will contact you to schedule your interview.
An entrance exam is one of the data points considered when forming a complete picture of a Westminster applicant. While we will accept the SSAT (Secondary Schools Admissions Test), we prefer the ISEE (Independent School Entrance Exam). Register online for the ISEE test dates offered on Westminster’s campus.
Submit a transcript request form authorizing your student’s current school to send an official transcript to Westminster. If the student has been homeschooled a form will be emailed from the Admissions Office to record the courses studied.
We require two teacher recommendations, one from the current English teacher and one from the current math teacher. The electronic form is emailed to the teacher directly from the online application.
Pastor Letter of Reference
The application process includes a form that must be completed by a pastor or leader in your church. The electronic form is emailed to the pastor directly from the online application.
Consent to the Christian Faith Commitment
At least one parent must be in agreement with the statement of faith in the Westminster Christian Academy Bylaws and give consent to the Christian Faith Commitment. All future students and parents are participants in the life of the Westminster Christian Academy community and are expected in the course of this participation in our school to respect our beliefs, support our mission and comply with applicable community standards.
