USTA-Missouri Valley Names Westminster Tennis Courts “Facility of the Year”

The United States Tennis Association – Missouri Valley St. Louis awarded Westminster’s tennis courts with “Facility of the Year” honors for 2019! Below is a blurb from the November 16, 2019 Awards Dinner program:

In 2012, this private school moved to its current location in Town and Country and features 12 post-tension courts painted US Open blue and green, with covered benches, score tenders, and full-length windscreens. The courts are designed in clusters with angled fencing to help keep stray balls from disrupting other courts. The tennis complex is aesthetically pleasing with ample green space. There is a building that houses restrooms, water, ice, and a concession stand. The most recent addition has been a tournament pavilion that includes a storeroom and a large covered patio with ceiling fans and round picnic tables. The facility is meticulously maintained and open to the public almost every evening and weekend of the summer. We are fortunate to be allowed the use of the courts for district and section events.
