Margo O’Meara Breaks Own State Record

Sophomore Margo O’Meara found herself back on the podium with a sense of déjà vu this year after setting a new state record en route to winning the state diving championship last year as a freshman.

Margo’s score of 520.25 is a little more than 20 points higher than her score last year and around 123 points higher than the second place finish. While Margo broke her own Class 1 record, she found herself just 3.25 points short of the overall state record.
