Godspell Among Honorees at St. Louis Theatre Awards

The St. Louis High School Musical Theatre Awards looked a little different this year. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, only 14 schools were able to produce their shows so traditional awards were not given this year. However, the SLHSMTA organization still wanted to recognize those schools that were able to produce outstanding shows. A virtual ceremony was held on May 24 recognizing outstanding achievement awards from each category. We are thrilled to announce that the cast and crew of Godspell received honors in four categories!

Godspell received honors in the following categories:
Level 2 Outstanding Overall Production
Outstanding Ensemble
Technical Execution
Outstanding Actor, Michael Lee, Jr.

WCA also received a fifth award by proxy: Ava Berutti was selected as an honoree for Outstanding Actress in CBCs production of The Music Man.
