Westminster Christian Academy hosted three staff members from its partner school in Zambia, African Vision of Hope.
Two teachers and the school’s superintendent traveled to Westminster to observe classes and met with faculty, students, parents, and administrators. Their objective for the trip was to learn how to better integrate a biblical worldview into their school’s existing curriculum.
The three-year partnership between the schools includes in-person teacher training in both Zambia and St. Louis and future involvement from the Westminster student body.
African Vision of Hope is an unapologetically Christian school in Zambia with five campuses that reach more than 3,700 students. The school and its staff are committed to bringing immediate and lasting solutions to children and families who live in extreme poverty, so that they may fulfill God’s purpose for their lives.
