2015-16 Season

5/11   Wayne Eilermann had 7 kills and Jonny Parker had 10 digs as the Varsity Boys Volleyball team lost at CBC last night. The Wildcats host Webster Groves for Senior Night at 5:15 p.m. tonight 5/11 in the Arena.

4/19   JV and Varsity volleyball each swept Ritenour 2-0 last night. Dawson Egan and Ethan Davitt had 4 kills each, and Jonny Parker served two aces in the win. Wildcats play Ft Zumwalt South at home tonight, 4/19, at 4:15/5:15 pm.

4/13 The Boys Volleyball team played well but lost to Fort Zumwalt West last
night. The Wildcats were led by Wayne Eilermann with 7 kills, and Michael Thoenen with four blocks.

5/14  The boys’ Varsity volleyball team beat CBC Tuesday on Senior Night 2-1.  The team was led by the awesome jump serving of Ricky Breneman.  On Wednesday night, super sophomores Jimmy Thomas, Jonny Parker, Wayne Eilermann, and Dawson Egan led the Wildcats over Webster Groves 2-0.  The team competes in District competition on Friday night  5/15 at Christian High School in O’Fallon, Missouri.

5/11    The Varsity volleyball team swept Parkway-South 2-0 Friday.  The Wildcats face Parkway-Central at home at 5:15 p.m today 5/11.  Tuesday 5/12 we will honor our seniors prior to the game against CBC at 5:15 p.m.

4/22   The boys’ Varsity volleyball team traveled to Fort Zumwalt-South on 4/21.  Missing two starters, the sophomores had to step up again.  The Wildcats split the first two games, and then seniors Ben Gienke, Ricky Breneman, and Cameron Hibbler took over in the third game to win the match. Cameron finished the night with 22 kills and six aces.  The Wildcats face Duchesne at home on Wednesday 4/22 at 5:15 p.m.

4/21  Sophomores Dawson Egan, Jonny Parker, Jimmy Thomas, and Austin Greene stepped up to help the boys Varsity volleyball team defeat Ritenour 2-0 at home last night.  The Wildcats travel to Fort Zumwalt-South today 4/21 and they are back home on Wednesday 4/22 to play Duchesne.

4/10    The boys Varsity volleyball team played terrific volleyball last night to beat Francis Howell Central 2-1.  Freshman Michael Thoenen had three kills on thee attempts, Ethan Davitt had five kills on six attempts, Tim Burford added eight kills, and Big Cam had a whopping 24 kills! Great team effort!  The team plays again on Saturday at the Vianney Tournament.

4/8  The boys’ Varsity volleyball team won 2-0 against Bayless on Tuesday night.  Cameron Hibbler had 17 kills and Ricky Breneman had 22 assists in the contest.  The Boys host Francis Howell Central on Thursday night at 5:15 p.m.
The boys JV held off a rally for a 2-1 win.

4/2   The boys’ Varsity volleyball team defeated Parkway North 25-14, 25-15.  Tim Burford played game-saving defense and Cameron Hibbler had 15 kills in the win.
The boys’ JV volleyball team rallied back from a 24-22 deficit in the third game to defeat Parkway North.
The teams face  @ Bayless next Tuesday 4/7.

5/13   The Varsity Boys’ Volleyball team played a great match on Monday night against top-ranked Parkway Central, but fell 25-19, 25-22.  Please join us on Wednesday night, 5/14, at 5:15 for our last home game, when we will honor our Seniors.

5/9   The Varsity Boys’ Volleyball team swept Parkway West 5/8 last night, 25-11, 25-20.  Everybody played well with Ricky Brenneman, Ben Gienke, Bradley Almus, and Tim Burford getting two kills each, Ethan Davitt with four kills, Theo Muschany with five, and Big Cam with eight.  Hibbler also had four aces, and Muschany had three.  Wildcats visit Parkway South on Friday night  5/9 at 5:15.

4/30   The boys’ Varsity volleyball team played a tough St. Mary’s squad Tuesday night 4/29, and came out a winner in three.  Ricky Breneman led the way with exceptional play on offense and defense, Ben Gienke and Tim Buford each had 14 digs, and Cameron Hibbler had 18 kills.  The Wildcats are back in action tonight 4/30 at Duchesne.  The JV boys also won over St Mary’s 2-0!

4/29   The Varsity Boys Volleyball team took on DuBourg Monday night, winning in two sets 25-23, and 25-13.  The Wildcats got contributions from everyone including Cameron Hibbler with 13 kills and 6 blocks, Bradley Almus with 5 blocks, Tim Burford with 2 kills, Ben Geinke with 2 kills, and Ethan Davitt who served 3 aces and 12 points.  Ricky Brenneman ran the offense perfectly, and Jimmy Thomas put away the win with the final kill of the match.  Wildcats face St. Mary’s at home tonight4/29 at5:15.

4/23   The Varsity Boys Volleyball team beat Ft Zumwalt South 25-12, 25-21 at home on Tuesday 4/22.  Cameron Hibbler and Theo Muschany had seven kills each, while Ethan Davitt and Bradley Almus each had three blocks for points.  The Wildcats are off until Monday 4/28, when they face DuBourg at home – come cheer them on to a victory!

4/16    The boys’ Varsity volleyball team traveled to Fort Zumwalt West last night, where they continued their winning ways with a two-game sweep.  Theo Muschany had nine kills and Cameron Hibbler had 10 kills to lead the Cats on offense.  Ben Gienke and Joey Hobaugh played excellent defense behind the stellar blocking of Bradley Almus and Ethan Davitt.  The Wildcats are back in action tonight at Vianney at 5:00 p.m.

4/15   The Varsity Boys volleyball team swept Pattonville last night, 25-22 and 25-23.  Cameron Hibbler led the Wildcats with 12 kills and three blocks.  The boys play at Ft Zumwalt West tonight 4/15.

4/10 Varsity Boys volleyball lost to Parkway North last night, 25-19, 25-20.  Theo Muschany led the Cats with 9 kills and 11 digs.  Team travels to Francis Howell Central today, Thursday 4/10, for a 5:30 match.

4/9    The boys’ Varsity volleyball team swept Bayless in two games Tues night 4/8 at home.  Cameron Hibbler led the team in kills with 15, and Joey Hobaugh led in digs with 13.  The team plays at Parkway North tonight  Wed 4/9 at 5:15 p.m.

4/8      The Varsity Boys Volleyball team beat Chaminade 2-1 on Monday night.  Cameron Hibbler had 16 kills, Ben Gienke had 15 digs, and Ricky Breneman dished 28 Assists in the match.  Boys have their home opener tonight Tues 4/8 against Bayless, 5:15. JV starts us off at 4:15.

3/31        The Varsity Boys volleyball team played in the PreSeason Blast at Howell Central over the weekend and had the 4th highest finish among all small schools.  Both JV and Varsity open their regular season on Wednesday 4/2 at Parkway North.
