16 Students Earn Spot in St. Louis Metro District 8 Music Ensembles

Congratulations to the 16 students who auditioned and were selected for the St. Louis Metro District 8 music ensembles! Students selected for these elite ensembles have the opportunity to perform with some of the best student-musicians in the St. Louis area.

The audition process for these ensembles included some combination of performing a piece of music, scales, and/or sight reading—depending on the group. Musical professionals evaluated and scored each student.
