Books!
Gym Clothing
School supplies - pens, pencils, paper, notebooks, folders, calculators, etc.
Promotional items - clothing, gifts, and spirit items
Your school and children benefit greatly from your purchases. Any profit is used to operate the school and provide an excellent Christian education.
Everything required by any of your teachers should be available at the Bookstore, but items may be purchased elsewhere if desired.
You are highly encouraged to attend the annual ADVANCE SALE DAY (please check back for date). Those who miss this special event face long lines at the Bookstore Counter during the first week of school. If you are unable to attend the ADVANCE SALE DAY, you may choose to give your student's "Course & Book Schedule" to a friend to pick up the needed items. Advance Sale purchases must be paid with cash or check. Purchases may not be charged to Debit Account that day. A separate check is required if you choose to open a Debit Account for your student's purchases during the school year.
FREE! Choose any one item from a select group of Spirit merchandise with every $30.00 purchase of promotional clothing (this does not include gym clothing).
DEBIT ACCOUNTS, which operate like Checking or Debit Card accounts, can be set up for students.
4 Easy Steps:
- Parents deposit money into the student's DEBIT ACCOUNT prior to the beginning of the school year.
- The student fills out sales tickets for purchases, which deducts that money from their account. If the student has depleted the money in their DEBIT ACCOUNT, the student is unable to make purchases.
- Periodic statements itemizing draws against the account (from their purchases) will be mailed to the parents.
- To keep a Debit Account open, a parent may put more money into their child's account to provide money for future purchases.
Note: Remaining balances at the end of the school year will be credited to the next year's account. Non-returning students' balances will be refunded at the end of the school year.
Note: Siblings may share an account.
A $100.00 deposit is recommended to open a Bookstore Debit Account for purchases during the year. Fill out the enclosed form and send with a check in the amount desired payable to WCA Bookstore. Or, you may open a Debit Account at the Advance Sale Day.
